This position works on commercial and industrial projects including overhead doors, dock equipment, steel doors, storefront systems, and access-related products for businesses, schools, warehouses, healthcare facilities, and more.

If you have experience in construction, installation, welding, carpentry, mechanical work, or commercial trades, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Install commercial overhead doors, dock equipment, hollow metal doors, and related systems
• Read and work from job specifications and site conditions
• Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and equipment
• Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain professional communication with customers and contractors on job sites
• Work both independently and with a team to complete projects efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in commercial construction, door installation, carpentry, mechanical installation, welding, or related trades preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
• Dependable, motivated, and safety-focused
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to travel to regional job sites as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lifts
• Experience in construction, installation, mechanical work, welding, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be safety conscious and follow all company safety procedures
• Willingness to travel to regional job sites as needed
• Ability to read measurements and follow installation instructions
• OSHA, lift, or trade certifications are a plus but not required
