We are hiring a Dock Equipment & High-Speed Door Apprentice to join our commercial service team. This is a hands-on skilled trades position working on real job sites alongside experienced technicians. No prior experience is required; we will train you, teach you the skills, and provide the tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside experienced technicians on commercial job sites

  • Learn the ins and outs of loading dock equipment and high-speed doors

  • Assist with installation, service, and repair work

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment daily

  • Help prepare job sites, move materials, and maintain a clean work area

  • Follow safety procedures and jobsite best practices

  • Learn troubleshooting and installation techniques over time

  • Learn welding techniques through hands-on, real-world job site experience.

This role provides on-the-job training and exposure to a wide range of mechanical systems.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable with physical work and jobsite environments

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

No experience required. Construction, mechanical, maintenance, or trade school experience is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
